A name used to describe those that others see as a Fag, or uncoolindividual.

This term is used most frequently in western Canada by locals who have no other way of conveying their feelings of hate and dismay. Be warned, to call a Canadian "Cam Savage" is to say the most vulgar thing you can think of in your own native tongue.

"Nice one, that was pretty Cam Savage, you moron."
