when a camel toe is so extreme it can't even be classified as a camel foot. It is a camel's mouth. Also, a camel mouth will spit at you occasionally and has a hairy clit(camel tongue).
RyRy: yo, elizabeth has a massive camel toe.
Tyty: No that thing is huge, it's a camel foot.
SteeStee: No way man it's bigger than a camel foot, that's a camel mouth, and it spit at me once.
