A descriptive phrase in which someone spends a large quantity of time away from the opposite sex....(PHILMONT.....I WANNA GO BACK TO PHILMONT). In doing so, the member of the opposite sex appears rather attractive seeing as that person is most likely the first you have seen in a long period of time.
Todd: Damn, you see that chick? DECENT!!!
Mike: Dude, what the hell are you talking about?

When one is at camp (think cabins, roasting marshmallows, singing campfire songs type of camps) for an extended period of time such that members of the opposite sex that are usually considered "ugly" are seen as "hot" or attractive.
Man, I was up at Falcon Lake Camp for 3 weeks and ugly Jane started looking hotter and hotter by the 7th day.
