Someone who is afraid of, or dislikes being near homosexual men who act camp or behave like girls all the time.

Not necessarily a homophobe.

Arthur was a campophobe, but he and Eleanor had plenty of gay friends.

Tarquin was homosexual, yet was campophobic in the extreme.
