Canning Fatigue

What is Canning Fatigue?

1.

The weariness and mental exhaustion associated with the canning of food for extended periods of time, often resulting in canning mistakes and--in extreme scenarios--massive outbreaks of botulism.

I need to take a break from canning asparagus; I don't want to get canning fatigue and expose my entire family to botulism.
