What is Cantone?

A male, often Hispanic, with the utterly annoying innate ability to convince members of the fairer gender to perform shameless sexual acts upon them, often with little or no effort on the part of the cantone. Often these preternatural abilities manifest at a very young age. The earlier the cantone’s abilities appear, the more powerful a contone he will grow up to be.
My boy was putting the moves on Anthony's little girl the other day and he's not even three yet! That's RIGHT! My boys going to be a master cantone before he's in pre-school!
