Aristocratic, more cultured, citizens of surrounding communities like Valencia and Saugus generally dispose of their refuse, including household trash and rejected, cheap, meth-addict 18 year olds in this burrough of the Santa Clarita Valley.

Synonymous with ghetto, druggie, and trailor park.
