What is Capsfail?

When one was using capslock in either another Instant Message or a web browser, and you forget to turn the capslock off. Thus, in another IM, you come off angry or upset.
Person A: and then the doctors told us that he might not live
Person B: WELL THAT SUCKS
Person A: ...
Person B: .psfail
"...But when I sent the IM, the capslock was still on. So *person A* must have thought I was annoyed or something."
"Wow, total capsfail."
