What is Car Skiing?

During a cold winter night, one will find their neighborhood's most icy roads and car ski them. To do it you put your armpit on the door grabbing the handgrab inside the car's door with that arm. Put your feet on the ground and use your heels. The driver will drive around with your feet sliding on the ground. Maybe even using the handbrake if you are skilled.
"Yo, Jake want to go car skiing tonight?"
"Yeah Matt, Just make sure those roads are icy enough to slide on."
