What is Car Tinking?

The act of throwing pennies at oncoming traffic from either the driver's seat, or back left seat of a moving car to achieve a 'tink' sound. This tink sound is a loud thwack on the receiving end. Timing is key so that windshields are not hit or broken. Occasionally nickels are used, by experienced tinkers, for a devastating effect.
Why is schultzy gettin arrested?
