What is Car Toad?

A useless creature who, when on a road trip, never (or rarely) leaves the car to use the bathroom or get food. They can typically be observed with a pillow, blanket, or gameboy-like object.
We stopped to use the bathroom at
7-11 but Jenny the car toad didn't have to go.
