Something that you dont find interesting,lacks purpose, or that you simply dont care about, & your response is "care bus" or " there goes the care bus .. and no one was on it". showing that you dont care & that they may be better off just shutting their mouth. Also can be used with sarcasm, or when someone is complaining and you dont have sympathy for them.
