An emergency response vehicle called to someone's aid in a purely fictional and sarcastic way.
A bit like the carebus, but far more deeply sarcastic.
"Oh man, my girlfriend has left me for my brother and she says she doesn't love me any more."
"Really! Let me just call you a carebulance."
