Sounds like a fine Italian supercar but it's not.
A car so over loaded with people the back bumper is close to dragging on the ground. Quite often this car is full of black people or mexicans. If black then there is likely drugs in the car. If mexican then there is likely at least 3 people in the trunk without green cards or in the case of a cadillac (certainly stolen) there are at least 7 people in the trunk.
