This ability allows the carnys to lie, cheat, and trick carnivalgoers into beleiving that you didnt win a carnival game that you actually did win. It is an awful experience having thier carnycharm put on you and it is sure to put you in a bad mood for the rest of the day. A normal person can also obtain carnycharm and use it for their own personal gain.
