When someone pulls a dick move, they have successfully just thrown "a cat on your back." Can be used in an accusatory manner towards someone, or describe an event that happened to you.
Room mate 1: "Now, I'm not trying to throw a cat on your back, but I'm having a party at our house tonight and you're not invited."
Room mate 2: "Way to throw a cat on my back, dickwad."
"Risa just had sex with my boyfriend. That bitch totally just threw a cat on my back."
