What is Cathedral High School?
1.
Cathedral High school is an all-girls Catholic High School in Manhattan. They label themselves as a "college-prepatory school", but they coddle and stifle you so much, that you're only really prepped for the next grade. If you're into any field related to the Arts, this is NOT the school for you. You will be told HOW to write, WHAT do draw, and HOW to think. The school claims to help young girls turn into responsible women, but you will not be allowed to do anything including talking during lunch (oh, the dreaded "silent lunches"), talking during homeroom, or even walking in the direction you want to (ask anyone that was there in '03). Upon graduation, you will be assaulted with pamphlets and school newspapers asking you to donate money, as if the average 18 or 19-year-old has extra money just lying around. If you want to go there, fine, but be prepared to have a love-hate relationship with the school.

Me: Oh, you poor thing.

An all-girls catholic school in Manhattan that has the best reputation for an all-girls school in NY. In other words, half the senior class isn't pregnant and they have nice uniforms. Near St. Patrick's Cathedral.
I graduated from Cathedral High School last June.
