What is Catweazle?

(i) A male sporting a beard, when clearly he does not have good beard growing capacity. Results in tufty pubescent look.
(ii) A male of dubious character. Likely to have appearance as described above, coupled with piss-like odour. Leers alot and has near criminal interest in 14 year old girls.
(i) The 20 something in a shell suit top that hangs out at your local bus station 'looking for action', that never arrives.
(ii) The 40 something male who could be in his 70s who loiters at train stations. Has delusions that all young grirls are looking for a man just like him.
