someone who thinks that they're extremley cool but is sadley misteken. Meaning jerking off. a gross, fat, greasy smelly mean looking ugly person with no friends. One of those people who isn't your friend but thinks they are and follows you every where you go. This kid also thinks they're funny, and always seems to fit in "jokes" or stories that no one cares to hear about!
WOW that kid needs to stop...he is such a Caulin!!!!!
