A person who is willing to become involved in a variety of charitable causes, usually of a humanitarian or environmental nature.

Jenna was a menmber of UNICEF, Amnesty International and Greenpeace. She didn't care what the cause was, just so long as she was helping to improve people's lives and the world they lived in. Jenna was a cause slut.
