Easily identified by the natural shading that this condition causes.Also it has been discussed by military that Osama bin Laden is actually hiding in the cave eyes of an Al-Queda operative in America, since this is the last place Special Forces would look. This condition is very rare and mainly affects white males in the south.
Ex1: Look at that guy over there he has to be from the south, he has the deepest set of cave eyes ever.
