What is Cavuto?

A curved punctuation mark resembling a question mark. The cavuto is used to imply indefensible arguments or to mislead people into false conclusions without declaring such things outright. Used most often on the Fox News program "Your World" with Neil Cavuto, but has recently been seen on other cable news channels as well.
"One of Cavuto's classic uses of the cavuto can be seen in the sentence, 'Is the liberal media helping to fuel terror?' Another classic use that has been around long before Cavuto is , "Have you stopped beating your wife?"
