What is Cayvee?

1. Literal usage: a wet dog of any breed; a soaking canine. 2. A stinky dog that smells particularly ripe when it gets wet. 3. Derogatory usage: a foul smelling or malodorous person. An individual with such offensively poor hygiene that he/she smells as bad as a stinky wet dog.
1. We gave the tan Afgan Hound a bath and when she came out that cayvee smelled like roses. 2. He's so foul, even when he comes out of the shower he smells like a cayvee.
