What is Ceci Syndrome?

When a girl redefines the word obsessive(over a boyfriend,or crush). She follows him everywhere, and does everything he does, usually resulting in loss of friends or annoyed by boyfriends friends.Stalking maybe another word to describe this.This is a terrible disease.
Girl:"hey Suzy want to go with us girls to get our nails done."
Suzy:"hold on let me go ask chris.
*pause*
Suzy:"no, chris doesnt want to go. so i guess im going to stay in and do nothing"
poor girl has a case of the ceci syndrome.
