What is Cee Ess?

A variation on the abbreviation C.S. meaning, no not cocaine stache, but Chapstick. Cee ess is often used by addictees who always carry and often apply chapstick. People who use the term can usually be expected to want and need it quite often.
Situation: Woman has just lost her chapstick and is tearing things apart screaming, "WHERE'S MY CEE ESS!?!"
