What is Celbow?

Celbow occurs when one is using a cellular phone and his or her elbow becomes painfully stiff from lack of movement. This is a common occurrence in teens and young adults, especially those feeling particularly infatuated by a new relationship, thus spending more time on the phone.
Justin- "Man, my elbow is SO sore, man!"
Phil- "You've been talking to that girl for over four hours- you have 'Celbow!'"
Justin- "Damn."
