What is Celebrashun?

The act of celebrating a departure of one recently shunned, esp. rolling of the eyes, a gleeful jig, and/or deep exhalations followed by rude gestures in the direction of said outcast.
After being verbally beaten to the point of emotional scarring, the kid stalked off.
"Celebrashun time!" I said.
