What is Cell Gangsta?

A prison inmate who tries to act tough from behind his or her cell door by yelling names or other derogatory statements at either another inmate or a corrections officer. This is usually done when said inmate believes that most likely they won't be identified.
Like a true cell gangsta, Charlie waited until the C.O. was out of range before talking trash on him.
