1. After buying a new cell phone with a 2-year service plan, you are sad that a friend bought a cooler, fancier, feature-laden phone at better price than you did.
2. You wish you could go back and get the different phone, but it would be prohibitively expensive.
The cell-regret was terrible after seeing Gary's new phone.
