a giant black guy. ceolamares are usually refered to as bald people that are in denial of their super-human baldness. many ceolamares look very smexy with a flower placed behind their ear. ceo's are often mistaken for big, giant bodybuilders because of the giant heads known as their biceps.
Guy #1: Dude! Look at that muscular, smexy guy over there.
Guy #2: Must be a Ceolamare.
