A woman whose intensely alluring physical attractiveness, when moving upward from her feet to her head, stops abruptly just below her face. Indeed, a cepterface would be much better off to wear a brown paper bag over her head and thus accentuate the mind-boggling features of her chest.
"Dude, did you see that chick over there? She was completely stacked, but her face just turned me away!"
