Pertaining to or defining perfection. Used to describe a feat or accomplishment so completely devoid of imperfection that it, by definition sets the bar higher.
1. Did you see the way that tony hawk just nailed that mctwist? That was so Ceroni.
2. Nothing in the course of history has been so ceroni as the way that stacy makes me feel.
