Friend's parents that know there is a party at their house but don't care. Also they may or may not help you prepare for the party (buy beer, let you use their fridge to store beer, etc.)
Tommy: oh shit I think I see your parents in the driveway! Were gonna get busted for sure!
Gary: nah man my parents are cervads they don't give a shit if we party here. They actually purchased these alcoholic beverages for us.
Tommy: sick I wish my parents were like that
