What is Chach Ball?

1) A person, usually male, who tries to emmulate Cha-Chi from Happy Days.
2)A guy who thinks he's totally cool. Usually wears some sort of gold chain and pretends to dress cool, however, the ladies don't buy it unless she is a Joanie.
"Check out that guy, he's a total Chach ball!"
