What is Chadderton?

small sub-county in the north of england, often paraded by chavs or the emergency services, place where people are afraid to say "no" if you ask for something. mostly run-down and owned by the council. short distance from werneth, another sub-county over crowded with pakistani's and corner shops.
guy1: hey, shall we go chadderton after?
guy2: what, and recieve the chavs noble chaddy head butt ? no way!
