A cross between a chav and an emo.
1. Chavs with dyed black hair and large silver hoop earrings. "Ever since Jack dumped me, it's like: there's no point to fuckin' live; innit though?"
2. In common speech: "Gerri used to be cool, but now she's such a chaemo!" or "Gerri's such a fuckin' chaemo, innit?"
