What is Chair'd?

When you've had a REALLY bad day and you go to sit down, but as you're in mid-sit, the chair rolls out from under you and you fall flat on your ass. Results: humiliation, injury, possible head trauma. Can also be used as a verbal description of anything exceptionally bad that has happened to you.
Dude, Kay just got chair'd. She’s had a bad day. I should have kicked her while she was down.
