Slang word used mainly in Luton Town, England. It is a combination of Chav (meaning a person who enjoys drugs, violence and is extremely poor but attempts to dress as though they have money) and Paki (a derogatory term of people of middle-eastern descent)
A Chaki is a Paki who wants to be Chav. Because Chavs are always white people, asians cannot be accepted as proper chavs and are therefore reffered to as Chaki's when dressed in the chavvy style and act as though they are white.
"Abdab aint even a proper Asian, he's a fuckin' Chaki!"
