What is Chalk-clit?

A clitoris covered in a dry, white, powdery substance. This condition exists primarily in elderly ladies. Sometimes the subject of confusion and embarassment between horny grannies and fat little boys.
Granny: "Who wants some chalk-clit?"
Fat Little Boy: "Gimme, gimme, gimme! I love chocolate!"
