In Atlanta, it means a mid-October Saturday when it is 65 degrees, not a cloud in the sky, and you are out drinking on a patio with a woman who has no problem going down on you after your second date...
"Hey, it looks like a Chamber of Commerce Day this Saturday; 70 degrees, light breeze, no chance of rain, what would you say to the Treehouse for a late liquid lunch?"
