What is Changmo?

A chavvy gangsta emo. Often rather posh. Generally they own alot of beef but in some circumstances this has been taken away from them by the great Beef(Bukky).
Person 1: I've always wondered what stereotype to deem you but now i know. A changmo. I should've known from the amount of beef you obviously have and words you use such a 'spiffing' and phrases such as 'isn't it just'.
Person 2: Rather so.
