A combination of a laugh and a chuckle, and sounds like a weak belly laugh made by a retard.
Commonly used with friends and/or when stoned/drunk.
sounds funny at first. But later, much more annoying.
"want to go hang out? Watch the game? have a charfel or two?"
"Yeah, you know me and the guys were hanging out, painting the fence, having a few beers and a few charfels."
"I havn't had any charfels in a long, long time."
