An adjective used to describe someone who puts on an orange spray-on tan, then proceeds to the tanning booth, and then finally to the beach to tan further and ends up looking charred and ten shades darker than they really are.
"Damn, look at that chargo white bitch!"
"They don't even use black models in magazines anymore, just use them chargo people."
