What is Charlie's List?

A list made up by grumpy old farts at places of employment
listing fellow employees in a rank from 1 to 10. Associates within the top 5 get their pictures on the Charlie wall, free gardening magazines, lolipops and pictures of naked ladies from Las Vegas. The botton 5 gets pooped on.
Hey, the kid's not doin' so well on the Charlie's list. Take down his picture and spit on the floor when somebody says his name!
