What is Charter Oak?

A cesspool of inebriated and inbred biological experiments. Also widely agreed upon as the meeting place of David and Goliath. In some areas, considered a high school compiled mostly of hispanic students where teachers act like students and students act like criminals. Generally, students from Charter Oak are considered rowdy, hilariously immature, or just plain "ghetto." The Charter Oak Yearbook, however, elevates the school's stature from "educational dumping ground" to "public school."
