What is Charton?

A self-made water bong out of used, half a litre plastic bottle and preferably a pen as a socketholder. Name originated in the mid 2000's from the legendary Billy Bong Thornton when it was realized a "Billy Bong" made by amateurs needed a slightly altered name.
