What is Chartwells Idiom?

There are two rules which any successful Chartwells dining facility must follow:

1) Nothing is EVER thrown away.

2) If, in the rare case that the student body likes a particular entree and the cafeteria falls into a shortage and runs out of that entree, this constitutes as a failure, and that dish will never be served again.
