What is Chatfield, Minnesota?

A small dinky town on the outskirts of Rochester, MN. It will soon be absorbed by the hungry beast that is Rochester. It is home to a Skippy grocery store and it is home to the only stoplight in fillmore county. It is a bedroom community for those who work in nearby Rochester. The only sustainable businesses are Subway, the grocery store, and the gas station. The recently added liquor store seems to be drawing many new residents to the small town. Also, it's pristine golf course might just be good enough for some of the local pros living in the area.
