What is Chatgroup?

A group of people who chat together on neopets about the following:
1. Anime/manga
2. Other comic/show
3. Random subjects.
Yep. There's a million of them, and guess what? YOU'RE NOT IN ONE. It's like not knowing over 9000 secret handshakes. SERIOUSLY.
You wouldn't want to be in one either. All of them are filled with at least three people who will DRIVE YOU INSANE. Or worse... speak Japanese and English in the same sentence.
Serious business is serious.
