Base word of chauty. Can mean cheap, nappy, hood, ghetto, retarded, or any other selection of words.
It's most often used at Choices, when Higgy tries to give you an absence because you didn't pay two dollars to watch Cast Away- ahem, I mean some cunt yelling "WILLLSON" like a fucking moron.
